Please fill out the
ADOPTION APPLICATION and e-mail back to us at
almosthomeapplications@gmail.com! You can either cut and paste the form
into an e-mail or e-mail the completed form as an attachment.
Once an application is submitted, it is reviewed, references are checked, and a
home visit is done. If approved, we will contact you about the dog you are
interested in. We want to place these dogs with the "RIGHT" families so it may
take a bit to find that dog for you, please be patient. Just because you are
interested in a specific dog, that does not mean that it will be a fit for your
family or that it will still be available by the time you are approved. The
foster home has the final say on the new home for their rescue!
